Beef Recipe (Tongseng Sapi)

Tongseng Sapi, Daging Idul Adha

Tongseng is popular meat soup from Indonesia, Indonesian would use goat (lamb) meat but we can use beef as well. It is easy to cook it and so delicious.
Tongseng kambing (lamb meat) is the most popular one's. Serve with Jasmine rice, trust me ... trust delicious!

What ingredient to cook Tongseng :

  • beef meat 1/4kg
  • a bit oil 
  • water 1/2 cup
  • salt 1/2 tea spoon, sugar 1/4 tea spoon, a bit seasoning or white pepper powder
  • chop of shallot (2) and garlic (1)
  • chop of cabbage, tomatoes & bean sprout or you can add another vegetables as you like
  • coconut milk 1,5 cup
