Rack of Lamb on Medium Rare |
In Australia kind of every one would eat lamb on their dinner menu every week. Range price of fresh rack of lamb at the butchers here in Australia 25$ for 5-6 slices. Most of Australian love the lamb on medium rare. I am originally from Indonesia but now perfectly I can cook the best rack of lamb in the house haha
Here you go, the ingredients you need to cook easy delicious rack of lamb :
- Rack of lamb (1,5kg)
- Press garlic (2 - 3 pcs)
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
- Salt (1/2 tea spoon)
- Pepper powder (1/4 tea spoon)
- Squish fresh lemon or lime
- Splash olive oil
How to cook the rack of lamb?
- Squish fresh lemon or lime
- Rub all over the rack of lamb with salt, pepper and then press garlic
- Marinate with fresh Rosemary and Thyme, rub it all over the meat
- Splashing olive oil
- Put in oven about 45 minutes for 180 degrees
- Make a gravy and add the juice blood of rack of lamb on the gravy
